Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $50; flat rate of $6.99 on orders under $50.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99

 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Sweepr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 

Carriers

 

We ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@peptides-quebec.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
