2-Year Limited Warranty

Sweepr warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover: (1) damage caused by accident, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (2) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Sweepr; (3) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Sweepr; (4) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; or (5) consumable parts, such as batteries.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact us at info@peptides-quebec.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

What We Will Do

At its discretion, Sweepr will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied.
